Another New Blog!

Hello! My name is Amanda. I decided to start a new blog where I can express myself through one of my favorite hobbies – writing.

Even though I was an English major in college, I now work as an account manager at an Internet marketing startup company. I don’t really have a chance to express myself through writing, except for the emails I write to my clients all day long. I write stories off and on at night and on the weekends, but I also like blogging because it helps encourage me to continue writing on a regular basis.

This is actually the third blog I’m creating within the past two years. I used to blog mostly about how I felt while I followed the Paleo diet, but I don’t eat Paleo anymore so obviously I stopped blogging about it. I’m encouraged to start blogging again though. Aside from how much I miss writing, I started Crossfit about 10 months ago. I want to use this blog as a way to keep track of my workouts, but there will probably be some other topics mixed in, too. I don’t want to feel pigeon-holed by just writing about Crossfit all the time.

What will those other topics be? I don’t know at this point, but I’m curious to see where my next blog takes me.

I’m also not sure how often I’ll post here. Maybe once a week, maybe once a month, who knows? I just can’t seem to keep away from blogging, and I’m hoping that I’ll stick around with this one for more than a few months. After all, third time’s the charm, right?
